Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed "used" after download or opening, and all purchases made on boostdigital.store are generally non-refundable or exchangeable. Since the products made available here are intangible, there is a strict no-refund policy. However, we understand that technical issues can occur, and we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.Â
Refund EligibilityÂ
We want to ensure you are happy with your purchase. We will generally issue a refund if you have made a duplicate purchase of the same item or if you did not receive the download link after your transaction was completed.Â
We also offer refunds if the file is corrupted, damaged, or does not function as described, provided that we are unable to resolve the technical issue for you within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that we may attempt to troubleshoot the issue or send a replacement file before processing a refund.Â
How to Request a RefundÂ
To start a return or refund request, you can contact us at contact@boostdigital.store . Please ensure you include your order number and a detailed description of the issue. If the issue is technical, screenshots are highly appreciated and will speed up the process.Â
Exceptions and Non-returnable ItemsÂ
Because our products are digital, we cannot accept returns based on a change of mind or if you decide you no longer need the product after downloading it.Â
We also cannot issue refunds if you purchased software or a template that is incompatible with your specific device or software version. We strongly encourage you to read the product description and compatibility requirements carefully before making a purchase.Â
ExchangesÂ
Since digital products cannot be physically returned, we do not offer standard exchanges. If you purchased the wrong format by mistake, please contact us before downloading the file. If the file has not yet been accessed, we may be able to swap it for the correct version.Â
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If you are a customer residing in the European Union, you normally have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.Â
However, by purchasing digital content from our store, you acknowledge and consent that the delivery of the digital content begins immediately. Therefore, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal once the download or streaming has started. If you have not yet started the download, the 14-day cooling-off period remains valid.Â
Processing Your RefundÂ
We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your claim, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.Â
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at contact@boostdigital.store
