Digital Delivery Overview 

At boostdigital.store, we deal exclusively in digital products. Because we sell intangible goods such as software, templates, and digital files, there is no physical shipping involved. We do not send products via mail, and there are no shipping fees or delivery wait times associated with your purchase. 

How You Will Receive Your Files 

Once your payment is processed and confirmed, you will receive access to your purchase immediately. Typically, a download link will be displayed directly on the checkout confirmation page as soon as your order is complete. 

Simultaneously, our system will send an automated email to the address you provided during checkout. This email will contain a permanent link to download your files and any necessary instructions for accessing your member account, if applicable. 

Delivery Timing 

Your digital products are available for download instantly after payment confirmation. In most cases, the email containing your access link should arrive in your inbox within 5 to 10 minutes of your transaction.

If you do not see the email within this timeframe, we strongly recommend checking your spam, junk, or promotions folders, as automated emails can sometimes be filtered by mistake.

If you realize you have entered an incorrect email address during checkout, or if you experience any technical issues accessing your files, please contact us as soon as possible. We can verify your payment details and manually update your contact information to ensure you receive your purchase without further delay.
